Monday morning we took a walk around Glendale, while Margaret took a timed test online.
It was prettier than I captured in my iPhone photos, with a lemon tree and a palm tree on every block and all sorts of plants and flowers that I couldn’t identify in front yards. If a walk around the suburbs was this beautiful, it boded well for the region in general.

Far prettier than the outside of M&M’s house was the spectacularly renovated and painted inside. I didn’t attempt to photograph it, as that’s already been done.
The photos are great! Thrilled you had a wonderful time, but I will admit to pangs of jealousy looking at photos of those lemon trees, sunshine and flowers while also staring out my window at bare New England trees on a gray, wet, chilly day. Does, however, give me hope for spring!
